Gooey Cinnamon Squares, from Smitten Kitchen

I've been putting off this post, because of a slight issue I have with this recipe...they were good, I ate too many, was miserable, and never want to see them again!  They were really, really, really good, though, and not difficult to execute.  It was basically 2 dough/batter recipes cooked together in a 9 x 13 pan. They are slightly fussier than muffins or brownies, but definitely better than your average bar bar.
